Most real estate photographers shoot in volume. A tech rolls in, captures twenty-five flat HDR frames, and leaves. That speed-first approach sacrifices quality — and quality matters when you are maximizing sale price.
Every interior is captured with the HDR + flambient method — multiple ambient exposures combined with hand-placed flash, then blended frame-by-frame in post. The result is what your eye actually saw on the walk-through: window views you can see through instead of blown out to white, ceilings without color casts, shadows with depth, and white balance that holds across every room. HDR is one tool in the kit, not the whole kit.
Each room is lit individually. Each frame is hand-edited. The job is not finished when the shutter clicks — it is finished when the file looks the way the architect, stager, or agent intended the room to feel. Sky swaps, window pulls, TV and fireplace replacements — all thoughtfully edited for natural realism. Details that are felt, not noticed. All within MLS standards.
